  • I practice acceptance and commitment therapy where we learn to stop the struggle with our thoughts, emotions, and urges and live according to our values. We may also use EMDR to explore and process any past incidents in your life that trigger anxiety. We would engage in talk therapy and utilize experiential exercises to keep the session interactive so that you feel comfortable.

  • This is based on your individual needs. We want to make sure that you feel cared for and that you fully experience maximum therapeutic outcomes.

  • We will utilize studied approaches to help you in managing anxiety. I have struggled with anxiety myself so I know the toll it can have on your life. Although I can’t provide a guarantee, I believe that If you commit to the therapeutic process, you could be able to find the freedom you are looking for.

  • We will have an initial consultation to see if we are a good fit, I will answer any concerns you have and then we would schedule our first session where we will assess your needs.
